Basis of Sale: Purchasing ZELO furniture is really easy! Just look at our online shop, click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil your order. Once you have clicked on the Purchase at the checkout, you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase. All orders will be subject to these conditions.

Delivery: All deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery next day service which requires a signature at the delivery address. If your order is too heavy for Royal Mail, it will be sent by courier on a next day service. N.B. next day service does not imply next day delivery from your order date due to the processing of all orders. Tax Charges: The prices shown on our pages are based on sterling.

Returns Policy: If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days by telephone of your intention to return the product in its original 'unworn condition' with a completed return letter. Please ensure that it is packed and labelled carefully and sent back by registered post to us within 28 days and we will replace the product or refund the product price. The goods are at your risk until they are safely returned to us. The value of your goods will be refunded but this will not include your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. However should you need to return any goods due to there being a fault with the goods received then your postage costs would be refunded to you.

Please note that we do not give refunds on:

 

Items returned after 28 days.
Items which have been used or deliberately damaged.
Items without a completed returns form.
Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 7 days.

Product information and website description: We do our very best to ensure that all the items you see on this website are as close to the photographs shown, but, since they are not mass–produced, some slight variations in colour and size may happen from time to time. We hope that you understand this and appreciate as we do the skill and craftsmanship required to make them.
