Living flame gas fire in the sitting room accompanies the gas central heating throughout the cottage. The central heating and the hot water are inclusive in the rental price, but there is a £1.00 gas meter for the living flame fire.
Washing machine, electric shower, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave, fridge, ironing board/iron, vacuum cleaner, cot, high chair and stereo/CD.
The garden is pet and child safe, also provided is a set of garden chairs/table and a BBQ on the patio. There is ample parking for 3 vehicles at the front of the property.
